- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel before the end of the billing period, your service will remain active until the end of your subscription term, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
- Domain Registrations: Domain name registrations and renewals are non-refundable once processed.

2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund Eligibility: Customers who cancel their hosting service within 2 days of cancellation are eligible for a refund.
- No Refunds After 2 Days: After the 2-day period, no refunds will be issued.
- Non-Refundable Services: The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals
- Dedicated servers or VPS services
- Website migrations or setup fees
- Any additional service fees for custom work
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If the payment was made via bank transfer or mobile money, processing times may vary.
3. Service Termination by Zana Web Hosting
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Illegal activities
- Abuse of resources
- Non-payment of dues
Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be eligible for refunds.
